A parishioner is a person who belongs to the parish family.  As such, he/she is registered with the Rectory, and is committed to St. Anne's through participation in the life of the parish community; spiritually, socially, and financially.  In order for Sponsor Certificated, Recommendations, References, etc. to be issued by any members of the Parish Staff, the person requesting such certificated must be duly registered and be an active member of St. Anne's Parish Community.
